What You'll Do:

Content Development (LinkedIn, whitepapers, client newsletters):

  • Partner with SMEs (Strategy, Sales, and Product teams) to generate content ideas for different marketing channels (LinkedIn, whitepapers, client newsletters)
  • Provide strategic input on the content to ensure topics are relevant for clients and written clearly
  • Project management: ideation, outline creation, SMEs meeting with ghostwriters, editing, compliance/legal approvals, creatives (images for social and papers), social copy, approvals (TxB leadership, Firmwide Comms, other stakeholders)
  • Use approved GS marketing tools (Sprinklr for LinkedIn, Salesforce Marketing) to publish content
  • Design and write copy for a monthly client newsletter that leverages recent published content
  • Ensure compliance in the entire process

Conference Planning:

  • Support the Sales team on all conference needs, including outreach to conferences, assessing sponsorship opportunities, aligning with Sales, registrations, and collateral creation
  • Lead and project manage all aspects of TxB’s presence at the AFP national conference in early Nov (prep work need in the Spring/Summer)
    • Liaise with GSAM on large booth activation (signage, collateral, video for TV screens, catering at the booth, sales team shifts, uniforms, lead capture, etc)
    • Work with TxB Design, GSAM, and Firmwide brand on booth design so that TxB and GSAM can show up at the conference as OneGS
    • Lead all details of client event planning – at the conference and outside of the conference

Award Submissions

  • Assess transaction banking/cash management award opportunities as they come up and determine with Leadership on which ones to submit for
    • Should apply for Aite Group in 4 out of 5 categories (due Jun 11)
  • Write up detailed submissions for each award to position TxB to win in as many categories as possible
  • Partner with Executive Office on all submissions

Assistance with Marketing for UK Launch:

  • Write press releases
  • Partner with Executive Office (EO) Communications in the US and UK on media strategy
  • The EO owns mainstream media outreach (e.g., Bloomberg), TxB owns outreach to Trade media (Treasury Mgmt International, TMI, etc)
    • Assess the best Trade media to reach out to gain interview opportunities for TxB leadership
  • Prep talking points for executives’ interviews
  • Leverage relationship skills to gain ability to edit write ups as much as possible to ensure TxB is positioned as positively in the media as an innovator and disruptor
  • TBD – assess UK/European conferences to determine how to best leverage for TxB’s UK and European launch (e.g., speaking, sponsorships)

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in marketing (ideally B2B marketing) and project management
  • Strong technical and business research skills
  • Experience in writing digital content and editing
  • Open-minded, flexible and “can do” attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services industry and/or knowledge of payments and enterprise technology or banking
  • Experience with Sprinklr is a plus
