Epicor Application Administrator

Our client has been on Epicor for over 15 years and is currently running E10.2.700 with plans to migrate to Kinetic in the Fall of 2022. This newly created role will join a team of 3 in the remote support of the Epicor ERP system. With over 150 employees, this organization is a leading machinery manufacturer who produces top of the line products for their customers.

Responsibilities of the Epicor Application Administrator :

  • Oversee and maintain best practices related to Epicor ERP
  • Troubleshoot, test, and train end users on system related errors as they arise
  • Participate in projects (such as Kinetic migration) as needed
  • Design, develop, and deploy software related to internal projects and system related issues

Requirements of the Epicor Application Administrator :

  • Required Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • 3+ years of Epicor ERP experience
  • Expertise in core Epicor modules
  • Technical skills including BAQ’s, BPM’s, SSRS Reporting, and Dashboard creation
