A quick survey of our network revealed some insight into what preferred deployment options for ERP systems prefer. Cloud-based options were ranked number one (52%), followed by Hybrid (31%), and then on-premises (17%).
While the majority of placements were permanent over the past year (51%), we have seen contract placements increase (49%).
95% of Epicor placements were remote and 5% were in-office.
A quick survey of our network revealed some insight into what is swaying candidates’ decisions when considering a new job: The top 5 were compensation, working remotely, growth potential, company culture, and having a flexible schedule.
More candidates are focusing on maintaining a healthy work-life balance, company culture, and on mental health after the pandemic. Companies must foster an environment where employees feel empowered to set boundaries to help them attract top talent in the Epicor space.
