IFS continues to grow its Cloud implementation strategy here in the United States. There are quite a few new customers implementing the latest version of the software. Over the past year, the permanent and contract market has been pretty evenly split. One very important statistic to keep in mind is the ratio of remote vs. onsite positions. 98% of jobs filled this year have been remote, with only 2% being onsite. This is important to keep in mind. While the general market is shifting to more of an onsite/hybrid situation, IFS is not heading in that direction, and the candidates still have the benefit of choice when it comes to their next position. The IFS market continues to be on fire year after year!

A quick survey of our network revealed some insight into how candidates are utilizing AI for their job search. 16% are utilizing ChatGPT for company research, 14% for resume creation, and 6% for overall job search advice.
48% of IFS placements in the past year were permanent placements and 52% were contract.
98% of placements over the past year were remote positions.
As some markets evolve more towards onsite and hybrid work models, we are seeing that IFS placements over the past year stand as an exception, with 98% of placements being remote.
