There has been an increasing number of enterprise clients engaging in SAP S/4 migration projects. Whether in the planning stage or in the thick of the transformation, many are existing SAP clients who have been on SAP ECC for a long time, making the jump to S/4.
The numbers are significant, as we are seeing more ECC customers have purchased S/4 licenses, which is the first step to making the transition. That estimation, coupled with SAP announcing end of life support for ECC by December 31st, 2027 is forcing the issue.
The time has come for all SAP End User organizations to move away from ECC and to commit to S/4, which is causing an increasing demand for contract resources with expertise in migrating from ECC to S/4.
