How Long Have You Been with Planet Technology, part of The Planet Group (TPG)?

I have been with The Planet Group for a little over a year now.

How Have You Grown in Your Career with TPG?

I first started as a Sales Development Representative and have since progressed into my current role as a Business Development Manager. Through this journey, I have had the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with my clients, providing them with the Workday support they need to optimize their systems and processes.

One of the most valuable aspects I’ve seen in working with both TPG and our clients is the ability to provide top-notch solutions that truly make an impact. Whether it’s helping organizations navigate complex Workday challenges or connecting them with the right expertise, I’ve seen firsthand how our support drives efficiency and success. This growth has not only strengthened my ability to understand client needs but has also deepened my knowledge of Workday and the evolving landscape of enterprise solutions.

What Originally Got You Interested in Working Here?

After college, I wanted a sales job that felt fulfilling—something that gave me the drive to succeed every day. TPG has been the perfect place for that, with a great culture and work environment that makes coming to work enjoyable. Our focus on the Workday space and strong partnership with them adds even more value, making it exciting to help clients find the right solutions and grow in this industry.

What’s Your Favorite Part of the Workday?

My favorite part of the workday is working with my team and bouncing ideas off each other. I love being in an environment where we can collaborate and learn from one another.

What Have Been Your Career Highlights at TPG So Far?

One of my biggest career highlights at TPG has been getting promoted from a Sales Development Representative to a Business Development Manager. It’s been an awesome journey, building relationships with clients and helping them with their Workday needs and being a part of the ecosystem. Seeing the impact we make has been extremely rewarding, and I’m excited to keep growing!

What Advice Would You Give to Aspiring Individuals Looking to Enter the Recruitment Industry?

My advice for anyone looking to enter the recruitment industry is to stay driven and hold yourself accountable. Success comes from hard work, persistence, and embracing the competitive nature of the job. It’s a challenging but incredibly rewarding industry if you’re willing to put in the effort and push yourself to grow. And most importantly, have fun doing it!

Why Should Someone Consider a Career at TPG?

TPG has a great culture, tons of growth opportunities, and a team that truly supports your success.

What Is Your Favorite Fun TPG Event or Gift You Got from TPG?

My favorite fun TPG event was attending a golf tournament with other Workday clients—it was a great way to connect and network!

Why Do You Think the TPG Model Makes Our Business So Successful?

The TPG model is so successful because we’re a true one-stop shop, offering a wide range of specialties across all staffing needs and expertise levels. Whether clients need support for niche roles or large-scale projects, we have the knowledge and resources to deliver the right solutions.

How Supportive Has TPG Been in Allowing You to Achieve Your Own Personal Goals?

TPG has been super supportive, always making sure I’m learning, growing, and enjoying what I do. They really care about personal goals and help you succeed every step of the way.

Where Do You See Your Career Progressing with TPG?

I see my career at TPG progressing into leadership roles, where I can mentor others and help grow the team. With the company’s continued success and expansion, there are always new opportunities to develop, take on more responsibility, and be part of TPG’s growth.

If You Could Travel Anywhere, Where Would It Be and Why?

If I could travel anywhere, it would definitely be Italy—especially Naples! My mom’s side has a long history there, so I’d love to explore my roots, soak in the culture, and of course, eat everything.

One Thing My Candidates and Clients Don’t Know About Me

One thing my candidates and clients don’t know about me is that I love music, art, and fashion—and I’m always looking for new places to travel and experience different cultures!
