I am a salesperson at heart, so I still love pursuing and closing business. This year has presented some challenges from a buying perspective, so I enjoy putting together the “pieces of the puzzle” that form into a buying customer.
2022 was a banner sales year that included some personal highs.
I would tell anyone entering the recruiting industry that commitment and perseverance pay off. Be committed to working a sales system that includes repeatable & sustained activities and be persistent in your pursuit of customers or candidates depending on your role.
Planet Technology provides an opportunity for anyone willing to pursue it.
Gold Club was a great event. It was fun to meet face to face with people I only see on Teams or speak to on the phone.
Planet Technology encourages people to be creative and come up with new ways of growing the business. If someone has ideas for new avenues of business or how to go to market, the company leadership is listening.
Extremely – I’ve never asked to pursue a route that hasn’t been approved.
Italy is at the top of our list right now. My sister-in-law is from Italy, and they (my brother’s family) spend a good portion of the year there, so we want to go and experience it as “locals”.
