I have been with Planet for 6 months.
I’ve grown in my career by deeply understanding my clients’ needs and aligning them with the right Workday solutions. My approach is to actively listen and focus on their immediate requirements rather than presenting all our offerings upfront. Building trust by delivering value first creates opportunities to expand later. The key to my success has been genuinely enjoying my work and fostering meaningful relationships with clients, always striving to help them achieve their goals with impactful solutions.
I became interested in working here because of the great feedback I had received from friends but also the business model and our overall Workday Partnership.

One thing my clients might not know about me is that I have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Although I loved the technical challenges of engineering, my natural enthusiasm for connecting with people and building relationships led me to pivot into a career where I could interact more directly with others. This shift has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, allowing me to truly embrace my passion for helping people succeed.
