What originally made you interested in working here?

I wanted an environment where I could learn and grow and achieve both professional and financial success.

What’s your favorite part of the workday?

Seeing teammates accomplish a win. As a leader, there’s nothing better than seeing your team succeed and grow.

What have been your career highlights at The Planet Group (TPG) so far?

Having the opportunity to work with so many different people on different teams. It’s truly a continuous learning experience and I love how each team’s success leads up to a better whole.

What advice would you give to aspiring individuals looking to enter the Recruitment industry?

This is a fun business that rewards hard work and effort. If you’re willing to put in the work and be humble, you will flourish.

Work with the best teammates who push you to be the best version of yourself, always.

What is your favorite fun TPG event or gift you got from TPG?

I had a great time at Kickoff but heard Gold Club trips are awesome!

Why do you think the TPG model makes our business so successful?

We provide the horsepower of a large organization, but our niche focuses allow us to still provide our clients and candidates with a high-touch experience. The best of both worlds!

What do you think made TPG stand out as an employer of choice during the pandemic?

We kept going. We were empathetic to what was going on in the world and asked our clients what they needed, but we did not slow down. We pivoted when we had to, kept going and focused on continuing to help people find employment.

How supportive has TPG been in allowing you to achieve your own personal goals?

I have always felt supported and challenged in my tenure, which has allowed me to continue to focus on personal growth and success.

Where do you think your career can progress with the TPG?

I look forward to continuing to grow and expand the Core Tech business under Planet Technology!

If you could travel anywhere, where would it be and why?

I’d like to get my Turks and Caicos 40th birthday trip that was canceled during the pandemic.

One thing my candidates / clients don’t know about me is…

I was a ballet dancer for 18+ years and danced professionally with several national ballet companies prior to attending college.
