How long have you been with Planet Technology?

I’ve been with the company for 10 years!

How have you grown in your career with Planet Technology?

I have grown tremendously. I started off as a Delivery Manager, and after a few years I was promoted to Account Manager for Business Development. I later blossomed to VP of Business Development and after 2 years, with pride and great acceptance, was promoted to SVP of Business Development. All this within 10 years. I came into the initial role with no technology experience. Although I had a very strong Human Resource background, I combined the knowledge of the two and made great strives for my success today.

What originally got you interested in working here?

The people. I work with a very great group. Since the day I started, my team has been solid and have been a very big advocate on my career journey and success.

What advice would you give to aspiring individuals looking to enter the recruitment industry?

Have a passion for changing lives and making opportunities for those looking to advance their career. Make building client relationships a priority.

In one sentence, why should someone consider a career at Planet Technology?

If you would like to work for a company that will give you the proper tools for success and allow you to create an individual success plan to execute or a company that will deliver to you the product or service to continue to grow your business, Planet Technology is the company to consider.

Why do you think the Planet Technology model makes our business so successful?

Planet Technology allows each employee to create a business plan that will help for their success. They understand each employee is different, therefore their goals will be different.

How supportive has Planet Technology been in allowing you to achieve your own personal goals?

Very, I have a leadership team that believes in my individual success and instead of doubting that plan they provided me the tools to meet and exceed those goals.

Where do you think your career can progress with Planet Technology?

My career can progress with Planet Technology in the Oracle space as I gain more client trust and partnership in the area to grow their business.

If you could travel anywhere, where would it be and why?

Africa, specifically the Ivory Coast!

One thing my clients don’t know about me is…

One thing my clients do not know about me is I’m a very competitive sports fan. I am a football mom and a cheer mom. There is not a sport I can’t sit and have a very competitive conversation. My desire would be to help all young athletes fulfill their dreams in the sports arena of their skills.
