A national fast-food provider that specializes in chicken sandwiches needed project management and payroll support for their Workday Core HCM Phase 1 implementation. Planet Technology was introduced to them by their implementation partner in 2019 to assist with the project.
Planet Technology provided a Project Manager who kept the client on track with all tasks and assignments, and ensured the project remained in green status. This made sure the client’s projects and deliverables were met on time during the phase 1 implementation.
Additionally, we provided a Workday Payroll specialist to help the client transition from an organic product to Workday Payroll. The Payroll Specialist assisted with the implementation, trained the users, and worked with them through Hypercare to get stabilized.
The customer is now in Phase 3 and Planet Technology has provided 15 additional contract resources through all phases along with Post Production support. We provided the following solutions:
