The client is a multi-national technology company headquartered in California. First founded in 1976 as a computer company, the client has grown into a major force within numerous industries, earning the title of largest tech firm based on revenue in 2023.
To complete the next phase of their digital strategy, the client selected the Workday Human Capital platform to implement companywide with the guidance of an implementation partner. As a global organization with varying PTO plans, the client required specific assistance with Workday SKU and Absence. However, both the client and implementation lacked the necessary expertise for proper implementation.
